Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough musculoskeletal evaluations to assess strength, flexibility, and range of motion in various patient populations.
• Develop, modify, and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on orthopedic rehabilitation, injury prevention, and pain management tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, and myofascial release to restore function and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients on best practices for postural alignment, ergonomic adjustments, and exercise regimens to promote long-term recovery and reduce the likelihood of re-injury.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation and progress notes using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in weekly multidisciplinary case review meetings to evaluate complex cases and refine treatment approaches, sharing insights and strategies with team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from sports-related injuries, adults undergoing post-operative rehabilitation, and individuals dealing with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. The role involves understanding the specific requirements of each demographic, from improving athletic performance to aiding everyday functionality in adults. As a Physical Therapist in our center, you will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in good standing from the State of New Jersey is a mandatory requirement.
• A National Provider Identifier (NPI) must be obtained or already possessed.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required, with a strong foundation in musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of professional experience in orthopedic and/or sports rehabilitation environments.
• A proven track record of working effectively with patients dealing with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic exercises and the ability to tailor programs for patients with varying abilities and comorbidities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and the ability to collaborate smoothly within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits
