Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients and their families, focusing on psychological and social aspects of care to establish individualized treatment and support plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy, group support sessions, and family counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, helping clients manage distressing feelings during critical moments and coordinating referrals for additional community support when necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to promote effective communication within the care team.

• Engage in continuous professional learning through participation in staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision designed to enhance clinical skills and elevate the standard of care.
