Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and clinical notes to adhere to ethical and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from children to adults, all seeking support for diverse mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license in Maryland as a licensed mental health practitioner (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome candidates at varying levels of experience, preference will be given to those with previous experience in teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health record systems. Experience working with diverse populations and a background in crisis intervention is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload. Additional benefits include:
