Licensed Occupational Therapist

To support a growing pediatric practice, the part-time Virginia Licensed Occupational Therapist will provide remote therapy sessions and evaluations, develop care plans, and engage caregivers in the therapeutic process. Key responsibilities Provide remote occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable's clinical tools and platform Complete all documentation accurately and on time while participating in required training and team communication Required qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI number Licensed in Virginia or willingness to obtain prior to start date Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
