Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients in various modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy settings.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate with community resources and services to create a holistic support network, while also referring clients as necessary.

• Maintain clear clinical documentation and ensure all records are submitted within 48 hours of service delivery, contributing to efficient care.

• Participate in after-hours on-call support to deliver emergency response as needed, ensuring clients feel supported outside of regular hours.

• Engage actively in scheduled programmatic meetings, including clinical supervision, staff discussions, and continuing education opportunities.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy using proven methodologies to address concerns such as substance abuse, anxiety, trauma, depression, and adjustment disorders.

• Coordinate care with inter-agency providers, facilitating seamless transitions and comprehensive support for clients.
\n
• Prepare thorough discharge summaries to document client progress and outcomes.

Qualifications\n
