Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and issues, and develop customized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based practices, ensuring interventions are tailored to meet varying needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide holistic care and ensure clients receive well-rounded support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant client information in compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision, training programs, and professional development to augment your skills and stay abreast of evolving best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal standards while creating a safe and confidential environment for clients to explore their mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client population, including individuals and families experiencing relational issues, emotional distress, and life transitions. Your expertise will be essential in guiding clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, communication barriers, and other emotional conflicts. You will leverage proven therapeutic techniques to support their recovery journeys and foster healthier dynamics within families and partnerships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of New York.
