Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on enhancing mobility and physical functionality based on detailed assessments.
• Guide patients through evidence-based therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities, ensuring proper techniques to promote safety and effectiveness.
• Educate patients on body mechanics and home exercise programs, providing clear instructions to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Administer therapeutic modalities, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapies, under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Consistently monitor and document patient progress, including tracking improvements in range of motion, strength, and functional abilities.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are organized and readily accessible during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic patient care, facilitating communication among providers to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Provide emotional support and motivation to patients during their rehabilitation process, fostering a positive environment to encourage recovery.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
