Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your home or preferred location. You will be part of an outpatient office model that values collaboration and support among professionals. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, consistently adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation while ensuring adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory standards, which supports the integrity of our practice and the confidentiality of our clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, encompassing psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied mental health professionals, to provide integrated care that addresses all dimensions of a client's well-being.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, using these opportunities to enhance service quality and share insights that contribute to collective clinical growth.

• Educate and support clients and their families about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering informed decision-making and empowering self-advocacy.

• Remain informed on the latest developments in mental health care by attending workshops, training sessions, and reviewing current research, ensuring best practices are followed within the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults from diverse backgrounds experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clientele often confront issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other conditions affecting their overall well-being. As a member of our team, you will engage with clients seeking support in their journey toward healing, growth, and adaptation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state-issued license to practice, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, enabling you to customize therapeutic approaches based on each individual’s needs for effective outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate trust-building and rapport with clients and team members.

• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a keen focus on delivering thoughtful and effective care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
