Our team consists of highly skilled professionals, including physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, all committed to the highest standards of patient care.

Work Environment

This role is on-site at our clinic, where you will work closely with a supportive team in a collaborative environment. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while passionately pursuing your career in physical therapy. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' needs and set personalized rehabilitation goals.
• Manage your patient load with efficiency, typically seeing one patient per hour, dedicated to delivering focused and effective treatment sessions.
• Utilize diverse treatment techniques in the development of individualized care plans aimed at enhancing mobility and reducing pain.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic interventions that promote healing and functionality, minimizing reliance on medications and invasive procedures.
• Assess patient progress routinely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously using modern EMR systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engaging with healthcare professionals to optimize the comprehensive care of patients.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey, emphasizing the importance of lifestyle changes, strength training, and mobility exercises.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from various orthopedic injuries, conditions, and surgeries. The majority of our referrals are from private medical insurance, and our aim is to ensure that each patient receives individualized, high-quality care that addresses both their physical limitations and personal lifestyle goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• A clean professional record, free of any disciplinary actions or board-related issues.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and experience in orthopedic settings.
• Familiarity with utilizing EMR platforms, such as WebPT, for efficient patient management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in an orthopedic outpatient clinic.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute effective exercise regimens tailored to patients' specific needs.
• A proven track record of leveraging innovative treatment methods to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off to promote your well-being and professional growth.
