Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing trust and rapport while maintaining a professional demeanor and ethical boundaries.

• Conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, ensuring stability, and determining appropriate discharge criteria.

• Developing, implementing, and tracking individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and progress.

• Documenting all client interactions, updates, and progress notes promptly and accurately to maintain comprehensive records.

• Performing thorough intake assessments and developing a clear understanding of client backgrounds and needs.

• Facilitating weekly one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring that each client receives personalized care.

• Engaging in regular individual supervision sessions to foster professional development and reflection on clinical practices.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance client care and interdisciplinary communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on youth mental health, where you will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various challenges. This includes counseling adolescents and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping these vulnerable populations navigate their mental health struggles with compassion and understanding.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.

• At least one year of professional experience in a mental health or substance abuse capacity, working directly with psychiatric patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
