Key Responsibilities\n

• Demonstrate knowledge and competencies in current practices related to chemical dependency and mental health counseling.

• Engage with clients through compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic techniques, tailored to their specific challenges and personal goals.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of individual therapy sessions in adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care and therapeutic strategies, attending regular team meetings and case discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and appropriate Washington State licensure (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
