Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to deliver therapy services from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will have access to virtual collaboration tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information securely and efficiently. Our flexible working hours extend from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing support to both clients and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the therapeutic needs of clients.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to individual client goals and objectives.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities to engage and empower clients.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that clients are actively involved in their therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychiatrists, and community resources, to coordinate care and enhance service delivery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Participate in team meetings and case discussions, offering insights to enrich therapy practices and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work directly with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, each with unique mental health needs ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and family issues. Our clinic serves a notably diverse community, and you will have the opportunity to utilize culturally competent practices to promote inclusivity and understanding in your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active state licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and documentation.

• Proficiency in using technology, especially Google Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of clinical experience in a community health or similar setting. Familiarity with group therapy techniques and experience working with a diverse client base will be considered a significant asset. Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 yearly, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include:
