Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.

• Craft and implement tailored treatment plans that align with the unique goals and challenges of each client, ensuring active participation in the planning process.

• Regularly review and refine treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and ethical standards while seamlessly navigating the documentation process using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Urban Wellness Clinic serves a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our clientele may present with various mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma responses, relationship conflicts, and stress-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
