Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing trust and rapport while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular follow-up appointments to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update person-centered treatment plans, ensuring they reflect the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to comply with regulatory requirements and enhance care quality.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs, challenges, and strengths, facilitating a targeted therapeutic approach.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth and resilience.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to discuss cases, reflect on clinical practice, and continuously improve therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a wide range of clients, including adults and children facing various mental health challenges. As an LPC, you will work with individuals and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, and active LPC licensure is essential.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing services in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation is mandatory.

• Proficiency in using Computer software including Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook, with familiarity in platforms such as PIMSY preferred.

• Experience in conducting intake assessments and delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
