Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients through effective communication and empathy.

• Accurately diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect client's personal goals and circumstances, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.

• Meet regularly with clients via telehealth sessions, providing ongoing counseling and adjusting treatment plans based on progress assessments.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, assessing and treating emotional distress in a supportive manner.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment updates in an electronic medical records system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at MindShift, you will work with a diverse client base, including adults, families, and couples facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will provide care that respects the cultural and individual diversity of our clients, ensuring your therapeutic methods are aligned with their values and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license issued by the state of Oregon is required.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a relevant counseling field is essential.

• Minimum of three years of experience working in outpatient mental health settings is a must.

• Exceptional computer skills, particularly in utilizing word processing software, email systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
