Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. Your ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients from various backgrounds will be essential for their therapeutic progress and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients remotely.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is highly desirable, with proficiency in utilizing technology for efficient documentation and client engagement practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of clinical experience, candidates with experience in telehealth modalities and a focus on integrative approaches to mental health treatment will be preferred. Previous experience working in a collaborative team setting with a focus on evidence-based practices is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
