Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients recovering from injury, surgery, or medical conditions, using a variety of diagnostic tools to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing exercise regimens, manual therapy techniques, and assistive devices to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking responses to treatment and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and family members to educate them on treatment plans and proper rehabilitation techniques.
• Stay current with industry best practices by participating in workshops, reviewing relevant publications, and engaging in professional networks to enhance your skills and competencies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new graduates entering the field, contributing to the growth of the next generation of healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including children and adults with various diagnoses. Your expertise will be vital in helping patients who are navigating the recovery journey, whether they are dealing with the aftermath of a surgical procedure, managing a chronic condition, or seeking to regain strength and functionality post-injury. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is necessary to practice.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
