Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct support to clients through telephone and virtual consultations as well as in-person meetings when necessary, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather relevant information about clients' situations and create individualized intervention plans.
\n
• Engage clients in beneficial activities that promote personal development and coping strategies.
\n
• Offer educational resources and emotional support to clients and their families, helping them navigate through difficult times.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on client interactions, treatment progress, and service referrals using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Participate actively in regular training sessions, supervision meetings, and collaborative case reviews with fellow staff members.
\n
• Monitor for signs of child abuse and maltreatment, responding promptly in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and resource referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving vulnerable populations affected by mental health distress, including children and adults facing complex social issues. You will employ trauma-informed care practices, recognizing the unique challenges these clients may face, and adapt your approach to address their individual needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
\n
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge base in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management is essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication, as well as organizational skills.

• Ability to exercise empathy and patience in complex situations, with a keen awareness of clients' emotional responses.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, ideally within community health or mental health settings.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, enabling effective communication with a broader range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
