Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans and therapeutic interventions based on individual goals and evidence-based practices.

• Utilize crisis management techniques during high-stress situations, providing de-escalation strategies and immediate support to clients.

• Collect and maintain accurate patient data, documenting interactions and tracking progress to inform ongoing treatment adjustments.

• Create a confidential and therapeutic virtual environment through professionalism in presentation and communication.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families to enhance understanding and encourage participation in the therapeutic process.

• Participate actively in team meetings and supervision sessions to ensure holistic care coordination and peer support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Four Winds Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an Associate LMHC (LMHC-A) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between $100,000 and $105,000.
