Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments during initial consultations to identify patient needs and construct personalized treatment plans that are achievable and measurable.

• Implement and facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address prevalent mental health challenges, thereby fostering a sense of community and connection among participants.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer support specialists to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
