Field & Events Marketing Manager

Role Description

Our events program is how a lot of developers and teams meet Supabase for the first time. We're looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager to own and grow that program.

• Partner events and trade shows:
  • Own these end to end, with the goal of building awareness with key audiences.
  • Get our team face-to-face with customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Turn interactions into leads, signups, and real opportunities.
  • Strengthen existing partnerships and build new ones.
  • Establish Supabase as a credible voice in the industry.
• Strategic business events:
  • Run high-touch events with Sales, like executive dinners and small gatherings.
  • Influence and accelerate pipeline and open up expansion opportunities.

This is a newly formed team, and you'll help define the playbook. You'll work with a small, senior marketing team, so your ideas land quickly and your work is visible.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in field marketing or a closely related role.
• Direct experience running trade shows and sponsored conferences.
• Experience with partner events and co-marketing.
• Experience building strategic business events in partnership with Sales.
• Comfort owning budgets, vendors, contracts, and on-site logistics.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
