Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant counseling discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued mental health counseling license enabling independent practice.

• Licenses sought: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Note: Candidates with limited/provisional licenses or any history of disciplinary actions will not be considered.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficient in using technology for virtual counseling sessions, requiring a computer with webcam and reliable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

We value candidates with at least two years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling. Familiarity with online therapy platforms and a solid understanding of various treatment modalities will give you an edge in our selection process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, based on your working hours and availability. Additional benefits include:
