Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, family dynamics, and any psychosocial stressors.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique circumstances, leveraging evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Document clinical notes that include patient medical and psychological histories, assessment findings, diagnoses, treatment strategies, and progress towards goals.

• Provide consultation and support to team members regarding clients’ psychosocial needs, fostering a team approach to care.

• Engage with clients during sessions, utilizing telecommunication tools to facilitate productive conversations and interventions.

• Remain current on best practices and therapeutic modalities in mental health, including substance abuse and trauma-informed care.

• Coordinate with community-based organizations to connect families with additional resources and support systems whenever needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor at Evergreen Mental Health Solutions, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges, such as trauma, mental health disorders, substance abuse, domestic violence, and child maltreatment. You will play a crucial role in advocating for their needs and providing interventions that promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated experience in counseling services, showcasing your ability to engage with clients from various backgrounds effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $78,000 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
