Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• A valid and active state licensure as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) is essential.

• At least two years of clinical experience, providing therapy in individual, group, or family settings.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect deeply with clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is advantageous.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
