Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily serve a culturally diverse patient population, including individuals from ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ communities, and immigrants. This role not only requires clinical skills but also an understanding of the unique challenges these groups face, such as social stigma, accessibility to services, and cultural barriers, making culturally competent care essential to our mission.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Atrium Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
