Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through video consultations to accurately identify patients' presenting issues and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy during individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that allow clients to share their experiences and develop coping strategies in a safe, community-oriented environment.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and licensed clinical psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for each client.

• Provide critical crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and stabilization during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate and empower patients regarding their diagnoses, potential treatment paths, and available community resources to foster informed decision-making.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential documentation in line with organizational policies and legal guidelines within electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in continuous learning through professional development opportunities, remaining current with the latest research and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse client base across various age groups and cultural backgrounds. Our patients include individuals facing significant mental health challenges such as severe mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma histories, and substance use issues. Your ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds will be essential in fostering trust and promoting effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Strong grasp of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Proven track record in performing comprehensive assessments and devising effective treatment plans suitable for diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients empathetically.

• Professional integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to ethical practice.

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
