Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine and understand clients’ mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses based on evidence-based practices.

• Create personalized treatment plans that address unique goals and needs for individuals, couples, families, or group settings, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.

• Engage clients in therapeutic sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring tailored approaches that foster trust and open communication.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to provide immediate support for clients facing acute mental health challenges, coordinating resources as needed.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) within the state of Texas.

• At least two years of relevant experience providing mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Caring Connections offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
