Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the psychological and emotional needs of patients, which inform personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide individualized therapy for clients across diverse demographics.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups that enable clients to connect with one another and foster a sense of community within the therapeutic process.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment in a holistic manner.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies and support during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and immediate stability.

• Educate patients on mental health issues, treatment methods, and applicable community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring the integrity of patient information.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to collaboratively discuss patient progress and improve therapeutic strategies.

• Stay abreast of changes in mental health research and ethical practices to continually refine your clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
