One Tap Physio Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our full-time team at our Winter Haven, Florida rehabilitation center. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including reviewing medical histories and performing specific evaluations to inform treatment strategies.
• Communicate evaluation findings and tailor treatment plans effectively, ensuring that patients and their families are engaged in the goal-setting process.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the implementation of various treatment protocols appropriate for individual patient needs, which may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, and maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff—to enhance patient care and coordinate comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Educate patients on self-management strategies and preventative measures to optimize their rehabilitation and reduce the risk of recurrence.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population with varying conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and neurological impairments. Each patient's unique circumstances will require you to adapt your therapeutic approach, ensuring that care is personalized and effective. Your role is crucial in empowering patients to regain their independence and lead healthier lives.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Current, valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to effectively evaluate and treat diverse patient needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and their families.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and a passion for continuous learning.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred, particularly in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR) to maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Continuing education courses or certifications in specialized areas such as orthopedics or geriatrics could be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
