Work Environment

As a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will work onsite in our well-equipped outpatient office located in Winter Haven. Key Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities as a Physical Therapist will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients referred by physicians, determining their specific needs and goals.
• Developing and implementing tailored therapeutic intervention plans that utilize evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Treating a diverse patient population in various specialties including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Within our outpatient office, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients from various backgrounds and conditions. Our clientele ranges from athletes recovering from injuries to children needing rehabilitative services for growth-related issues. Qualifications

We require the following qualifications for this position:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits
