Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supervising physical therapy assistants in executing therapy plans, ensuring adherence to the prescribed treatment protocols.
• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients through diagnostic and prognostic assessments to determine their functional capabilities and areas for improvement.
• Evaluating and modifying home environments to enhance rehabilitation and promote client independence.
• Providing manual therapy techniques and instructing clients in therapeutic exercises and functional activities, ensuring they are engaged and motivated throughout their healing journey.
