Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations, determining tailored therapy interventions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and improve functional performance.
• Regularly assess and monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on observed outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians to discuss treatment efficacy, making recommendations regarding the continuation or discontinuation of therapy.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously in accordance with departmental policies, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families about treatment objectives, anticipated outcomes, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and practices established by the facility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Active licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and team members.

Compensation and Benefits
