Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Stryker Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients referred by physicians to determine their specific needs and goals.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate research-driven methodologies and client-centered strategies.
• Providing hands-on therapeutic interventions across a range of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, treating individuals of all ages with varying backgrounds and rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid physical therapy license in the State of Florida.
• Certification in Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficient computer skills, including word processing and electronic documentation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong salary, we provide:
