Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to screen, evaluate, and diagnose a variety of injuries, diseases, and disabilities, tailoring treatment plans according to each patient's unique needs.
• Utilize a range of physical therapy modalities and interventions to promote patient recovery, rehabilitation, and overall health in accordance with established best practices.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers, ensuring a thorough understanding of therapeutic goals and procedures, thus empowering individuals in their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per legal and organizational standards, which encompasses patient evaluations, treatment protocols, and progress reports.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to optimize patient care and communication.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants, aides, and students, ensuring high-quality, consistent patient care while fostering a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
