Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Aspirus Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Examining and evaluating patients' physical capabilities and identifying areas that need improvement.
• Developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans and setting measurable goals for patient recovery.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Providing clear and empathetic communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments provided, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team to refine treatment approaches based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Participating in departmental meetings and continuing education to enhance professional expertise and contribute to team development.
• Supervising support staff and providing mentorship to students and new hires.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients who require rehabilitation services for orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy in Florida.
• BLS certification to ensure preparedness for emergency situations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and scheduling.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience as a Physical Therapist is required, candidates with additional specialization in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, or advanced manual therapy techniques will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
