Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by healthcare providers, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Utilizing a diverse array of treatment techniques and modalities that may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Maintaining clear and detailed documentation of patient progress and modifying treatment plans based on continuous assessment of their needs and responsiveness to therapy.
• Providing education and training to patients and their caregivers to foster a better understanding of treatment goals and self-management strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patient caseload will primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions requiring rehabilitative care. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA or CAPTE-approved institution.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
