Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored physical therapy treatment plans aimed at preventing disability, relieving pain, and restoring mobility based on each client's specific needs.
• Thoroughly evaluate the client's physical capabilities through diagnostic tests and assessments, ensuring accurate development of treatment strategies.
• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants in the implementation of treatment plans and ensure that all therapy practices align with established protocols.
• Provide physical therapy services within the facility, utilizing manual therapeutic exercises, as well as engaging patients in non-manual exercises to enhance their recovery outcomes.
• Monitor and document client progress, noting any changes in their condition to adapt treatment approaches as necessary.
• Conduct home assessments as needed to evaluate the patient's environment and provide recommendations that support safe recovery and enhanced independence.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and progress updates.
• Ensure clinical records are accurately maintained, including initial evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, submitted on time to the appropriate channels.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation techniques, home exercise programs, and equipment usage to encourage active participation in their recovery.
• Contribute to the development, review, and revision of comprehensive care plans to ensure a coordinated approach to treatment.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This Full-Time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
