Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop tailored treatment plans addressing their individual needs.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, ensuring they are engaged in the goal-setting process.
• Implement treatment protocols proficiently, adapting strategies based on patient progress and healthcare developments.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to address complex cases, ensuring comprehensive patient care and modifications to treatment plans as needed.
• Manage discharge planning, providing follow-up care guidelines and thorough documentation of the patient's rehabilitation journey, including daily encounter notes and interim progress summaries.
• Maintain an efficient schedule, meet productivity expectations, and uphold high standards of professionalism in patient interactions.
• Participate in departmental goals and initiatives while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Engage in continuing education to foster personal and professional growth and serve as a mentor for students in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
