Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual goals and physician recommendations.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions, focusing on enhancing patient mobility, strength, and functional abilities across various settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns while promoting a positive therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, sharing insights and contributing to case discussions regularly.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, empowering them with the knowledge and skills needed to continue their recovery at home.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and other business objectives as directed by management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Amber's, you will treat a varied patient population, including individuals with orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine conditions. Each day, you will engage with patients to understand their unique challenges and contribute to their therapeutic objectives, utilizing your skills to foster positive recovery outcomes and restore their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy is required.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.

Preferred Experience
