Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and create accurate treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions with adult clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and solution-focused approaches.

• Effectively utilize teletherapy technologies to provide virtual sessions, ensuring a high standard of care while maintaining client confidentiality and compliance.

• Respond to client crises and provide immediate intervention services as necessary, demonstrating excellent crisis management skills.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest mental health practices and ethical considerations.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and therapy outcomes, while minimizing administrative burdens to concentrate on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support adult clients with diverse mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our goal is to empower clients with the tools to manage their conditions effectively, improve their social functioning, and enhance their overall quality of life. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting a compassionate and empathetic approach toward clients.

• A strong ability to organize and manage time effectively while balancing a caseload of clients.

• No history of disciplinary actions on a professional licensure board.

Preferred Experience\n

Applicants with a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting are preferred, particularly those who have worked with adult populations in a therapy capacity. Familiarity with teletherapy and digital therapeutic tools is highly desirable, as is experience in crisis intervention.
