Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs of students.
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on best practices and tailored interventions for each client.
• Utilizing a wide range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address diverse mental health issues.
• Maintaining precise and timely documentation of clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including educators, psychologists, and behavioral specialists, to provide holistic care for clients.
• Engaging in regular case reviews and consultations to uphold the quality of mental health services delivered.
• Educating and empowering patients and their families with resources and support regarding mental health matters.
• Staying informed on the latest research and clinical methods, integrating new knowledge into daily practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client focus will be primarily on students and their families, addressing a spectrum of psychological concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and social conflicts. The aim is to help students thrive both academically and personally by providing effective mental health strategies tailored to their unique experiences.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, specifically in delivering psychotherapy services.
• Strong knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy techniques and a commitment to continual professional development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse populations.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude to address complex challenges presented by clients.
• The ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience

While not required, preferred qualifications include experience in a school setting and familiarity with educational frameworks, as well as knowledge of community resources that enhance support for families.

Compensation and Benefits
