Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy tailored to meet the needs of clients using techniques rooted in evidence-based practices.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with those needs.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant methods based on client preferences and research-backed efficacy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and care coordination in adherence to organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and stay up to date with current research and best practices in mental health counseling.

• Build and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering trust and openness for an effective therapeutic alliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, including adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role emphasizes cultural competency and sensitivity, equipping you to address the unique needs of each individual and family while fostering an environment of inclusivity and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Must hold an active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience with diverse populations and a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills necessary for establishing rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

• An aptitude for working both independently and as part of a cohesive team, leveraging the unique strengths of colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
