Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Oversee the clinical care of patients, utilizing your expertise to deliver quality mental health services with proficiency.

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, performing thorough assessments as needed and maintaining accurate and detailed treatment logs.

• Manage a diverse caseload of patients presenting with a range of psychological needs, from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders.

• Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess and formulate treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, creating tailored strategies for effective resolution of concerns.

• Address crisis situations and implement therapeutic interventions with a focus on patient-centered care.

• Provide various counseling services, including individual, couple, and family therapy, designed to meet specific client requirements, while also referring patients to specialized professionals when necessary.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and evolving needs, documenting all mental health evaluations as part of the treatment process.

• Develop and maintain strategic outlines, progress summaries, and necessary revisions to treatment plans, ensuring they align with the overall care objectives.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year. Benefits include:
