Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy sessions as well as couples and family therapy designed to address a wide range of mental health issues, tailoring your approach to fit each client's unique needs.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation regarding clients’ progress, treatment plans, and updates in compliance with health regulations and internal protocols.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to craft multidisciplinary treatment approaches that enhance patient care outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to stay updated with the latest research and practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid New Jersey state license such as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is essential.

• At least two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and foster therapeutic relationships.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and healthcare technology to streamline client tracking and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
