Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' psychological history and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement tailored interventions focusing on trauma recovery, utilizing an array of evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing clients with a space to process their trauma and develop essential coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create a well-rounded approach to integrated care for clients.

• Respond to trauma-related crises, delivering support and intervention as needed based on the unique demands of each client.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms, empowering them to utilize available resources effectively.

• Maintain complete and confidential records in compliance with all healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is predominantly on individuals grappling with the aftermath of trauma, including survivors of abuse, accidents, and other distressing life events. Clients often seek support for PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders, and your role will be pivotal in guiding them through their healing journey, reinforcing resilience, and fostering hope. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Colorado is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting focused on mental health is preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed treatment approaches and knowledge of trauma-related disorders.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technological platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience and expertise.
