Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations, to formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Assist in interventional pain management procedures, which may include injections, nerve blocks, and minimally invasive surgeries, under the guidance of supervising physicians.
• Prescribe and manage medications, following well-established protocols to optimize pain relief and minimize side effects.
• Regularly monitor patient progress through follow-up appointments, utilizing data to adjust treatment plans for improved outcomes.
• Educate patients on comprehensive pain management techniques, including pharmacological options, physical therapy regimens, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution is required.
• A current Physician Assistant license valid in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
