Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients through effective communication and active listening techniques.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals and couples, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic practices to guide clients toward successful outcomes.

• Monitor client progress through ongoing assessments, providing timely adjustments to treatment plans when necessary to ensure optimal care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on interpersonal relationships and emotional support.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists as needed to address complex issues.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Many of our patients face challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will play a vital role in helping them navigate their struggles and cultivate effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Nevada is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Proven experience in mental health counseling, with strong therapeutic skills that effectively motivate clients toward recovery.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with a capacity for teamwork in a virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
