Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting weekly one-on-one video therapy sessions with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional issues, facilitating a supportive environment for open dialogue.

• Employing assessment tools to monitor client progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches based on symptom changes and functional improvements to optimize treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adults facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other emotional challenges. The organization emphasizes culturally sensitive approaches, ensuring that all individuals receive personalized and inclusive care that acknowledges their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Independent licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California. Holding multiple state licenses will be considered an advantage.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a similar role, with at least one year of independent practice delivering therapeutic services.

• Recent experience utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy or other evidence-based practices focused on treating anxiety, depression, and related disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
