Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inner Flourish, you will:

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), adapting approaches based on the individual needs of students.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records in line with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including educational staff and other mental health professionals, to provide a holistic approach to care for the students.

• Participate in case consultation and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within our organization.
