Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, including mental health history, current challenges, and personal goals to establish a comprehensive understanding of each individual.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities and techniques aimed at fostering personal growth.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring accessible and convenient care for all clients.

• Facilitate discussions around trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues in a non-judgmental, empathetic manner.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
